Been taking hydrocodone for a while, Help!

I've been taking Loritab sometime now, maybe 3 months. I am at the end of my prescription of pills and I know I'm gonna feel horrible. I was also given Darvocet N100. I have a lot of these left. My question is can the Darvocet help wing me off the hydrocodone? Also, how does the Darvocet N100 compare to hydrocodone? And lastly, will the Darvocet N100 be easier to stop all together?
