benefits of Kenalog

I have just read some of the comments of Kenalog and they where all very negative. My doctor has scheduled me for a shot for facet joint pain but I am not sure whether to go through with it after reading about after effect. Does this drug really do any good or are the contraindications enough for me to decline it.
