Can Fat Necrosis from the Kenalog Shot be relieved with Collagen Shots??

I received varies Kenalog shots about a year ago for very bad allergies and sinus infections. The last Kenalog shot left me with a indentation on my hip (about the size of a ping pong). I saw a Dermatologist and she said we could fill them with collagen fillers and if not then resort to surgery but surgery would be the last case scenerio. My question is..... Can the damage from be reversed with those shots? Will the fat grow back over years? and Can it (the fat necrosis) cause any TRUE damage to my body??
