Can meds be the problem, if so what to do

Posted at 6:12 PM on Sep 13, 2009 by vwalters, #10888
I went to my doctor on 9/9/09 with ear infection and a bad cold. The Dr. prescribed Levaquin 500 MG. I went and had the meds filled, and I started taking as prescribed. My Dr. knew my medical history, diabetes, heart disease and arthritis. I feel worse now more than ever. I have severe neck and shoulder pain, shortness of breath, no energy, no taste or smell. I stopped taking the meds after 4 days when I looked up the side effects. I knew whatever was wrong had to be associated with Levaquin. I don't know what to do to get better. Am I right in assuming that this medicine could be what caused my problems.

You need to watch on the TV . . . the FDA is warning this dangerous drug and the attorneys have ads for lawsuits. Unfortunately, most drs. are drug-happy . There are many natural products/alternatives. . . . instead of taking drugs that can cause side effects. . . .. I suggest that you find another dr.
