chest tightness, lignt sensitivity, headache

I am 41 y.o. and have been taking adderall for over 2 yrs. I have "other" health issues but in the last several months I have been having headaches, chest tightness, extreme light sensitivity. I will be seeing my neuro. dr. next week, but I'm at a loss for all the symptoms. Could it be the Adderall? Thanks B.
