Cipro Side Effect Swollen Face, What do I do

My daughter is 15 and has been taking Cipro twice a day for 7 days. On her 6th day she woke up with 1/2 her face swollen. From the gland in her neck to her eye. She is complaining that the Right side of her throat hurts as well. Since it is a Sunday I cannot get through to her Dr. The prescription medication pamphlet advises a strong warning if this happens, It says do not take and get Dr. assistance immediately. HELP
