Do I take my coumadin in the morning or night. I have been taking coumadin for 40 years and now my nurse tells me to take it @ night instead of the morning. This is going to be hard to break this habit....Is it true that coumadin should be taken @ night??????? WHY?

I take my coumadin or warfin medication in the mornings and have donw so for 40 years. My dr`s nurse now wants me to take it at night. This is a hard habit to change for me as long as I have taken in the morning for so long. Why has this changed????
