Can you take 1/2 tablet instead of whole one to decrease side effects and it still work?

the tablet is not scored so the drug might not be evenly distributed so you won't be getting 0.5 mg for sure. Also the studies showed that doses of 1 mg and higher resulted in suppression of mean serum concentrations of estradiol to the lower limit of detection; so you don't want to be taking less.
