darvocet showing up as hydromorphone?

can darvocet n 100 show up in a drug test as hydromorphone. I tested positive for hydromorphone and the ONLY drug I was taking was darvocet N 100!!! I cannot get a clear answer, but it has to be the answer., Please help.
