dieting on warfarin

Im 24 and ive been on warfarin since i was 18. Ive had 4 separate pulmonary embolisms and have factor v leidens. So im on warfarin for life. After my last clot i was very ill and put on a lot of weight, gained 40 pounds, since then ive been losing the weight and im currently 120 pounds. Im just wondering are there any dangers of weight loss while on warfarin, ive read countless times to avoid dieting while using the drug but that is impracticable as i will always have to take it.
