dizziness, rock and roll feeling

can anyone suggest a treatment to reduce the nasty side effect of dizziness and rock and roll feeling that my mother has from taking prednisone for the last 3months for temporal arthritis

I suggest that you read some of the posts . . this drug can cause many side effects. . . . there are many natural products/alternatives . . .instead of taking drugs.
