does the dimpling go away over time

I have a big dent where the site of my injection was. Will this ever disappear, should I get surgery, or worst case scenario, does it get worse and cause pain later?

one more question, any news on class action lawsuit? call me at (760) 415-5212, I don't want to miss out on this opportunity to sue the bastards who allow this drug to be administered without enough warning and caution about all the very possible side effects.
