drug interactios w/ effexor xr(37.5)

i'm getting ready to start effexor xr next week but i also take methotrexate & enbrel for rheumatoid arthritis,will there be any interactions? i'm also taking klonopin for panic. I'm currently taking immipramine but switching because my anxiety is really bad. thanks
