ear nose and throat problems

i have been on diovan 80mg x1 daily and 360mg verapamil x1 daily for 4-years about 2 1\2 years ago i developed a sore dry throat that will not go away plugged right ear that rings all the time and puffy, blurred right eye.went to e.n.t. doc several times could not find anything wrong, i asked if it could be a side effect of the b.p. meds told me no i had been taking them to long for side effects to develop. anyone else have simular issues if so please let me know i'm about to go nuts.
