How long should prozac take to get into the body to help lack of interest in normal things, anger, being distant...

Im not a doctor, psychiatrist, nor pharmacist, but I've been around them enough to know it's anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks when taken as prescribed...hope this helps and hope you feel better soon!! ibbabygirl2....................
