Effexor XR and Geodon

My doctor has prescribed me both these meds. I would like to know more about them and the combination of the two. Thank You

i am diagnosed with SCHIZOTYPAL PERSONALITY DISORDER and SCHIZOPHRENIA PRODROM taking Geodon 80 mg and Effexor 75 mg starting dose which i will up in 2 weeks to 150 mg
