Eltroxin tremors

I'm on my 2nd go around taking Eltroxin. The first time I took it, my blood tests showed that my thyroid was still very low. I've been on it again now for approximately 5 weeks and I'm experiencing unusual and uncomfortable body tremors which last seconds. Is this normal? It certainly is not listed as a common side effect. What's going on???
