Enulose vs Milk Thistle and Liver Clean

Hi, My mom (81 yr old) has liver of cirrhosis. She is now regular after taking milk thistle and liver clean. Her doctor does not support these natural supplements and prescribed enulose. After taking this medicine, she gets dizzy and nausea...She told the doctor, but he wants her to take it, regardless...He asked to lower her dosis to 1 spoon vs 2..but she still gets the nausea.....Would it be ok for her to take it every other day?
