Ephedrine & Levothyroxine

hi i used 50 mg of Ephedrine on Sunday and Unfortunately used one Levothyroxine 100yg( 0,1 mg) pill with it mistakenly. i have drinked so much water during these 5 days and doing exercise .but the effect of Ephedrine is in my body .in normal condition it goout of my body during 48 hours but now after 6 days my hands are read , my head is heavy .when i eat food i have heart beeting ,i haven't went to toilet and evacuate stool .i have irregularity during these 5 days. my gender is male and i am 23 year old.i don't have any thyroxine problem and i take it mistakenly.what should i do ?what should i drink and eat?when will i get raid of from the effect of Ephedrine ?please tell me exactly what happen if someone take Ephedrine and Levothyroxine simoltaneously. with regards mojtaba k. email: ******
