Feel hot when taking Xanax.

I've been on xanax for quite a while for panic, anxiety and insomnia. Now it hardly helps me sleep but it does help w/ anxiety. Started menopause and had hot flashes;took Black Cohosh and they went away immediately. Now Im getting them again on occasion;not very often. Its just my head;my face and neck get soaking wet so I may up my dose of herb(only taking one/day now). I dont think xanax is causing u to be warm; are u menopause age? If so, try the Black Cohosh. If not, I would talk to ur dr. If u are menopausal, go to chat room on this site called crazy over menopause. Great place to get info and support.Jo
