Foggy head

Posted at 1:38 PM on Jun 03, 2009 by kittylove24, #10098
I have been on Zoloft since about Dec 2008. I am tired all the time and feel foggy headed. I can't remember anything and feel zoned out most of the time. What should I do??

i have the same problem....ive been on and off it for about 3 years and i remember last times i would have more energy and stuff but this time my head just feels clouded and im out of it cant think..like not a zombie but sorta...just zoned....sometimes when i go outside where there are a lot of ppl it stimulates me and makes me feel less tired..even though i have social anxieties the zoloft kinda helps relax me...but i guess try to be more active..when i work out which is hard to do since you have to force it since you are so tired and worn out..but yea when i force it after a couple of minutes i get a rush...but its hard to go on cause zoloft is dehydrating and if you keep drinking too much water..well..zoloft users know what that does 0.0
