Funny Feeling in my head...on Effexor XR

Hello, My question is this: I get this funny feeling in my head almost everyday...it is the same feeling you get when you raise your eyebrows up. It is the tightining feeling in my head..all around inside. I take effexor xr at bedtime...but am really tired all day long....can anyone tell me if they have the same feelings. I am only taking effexor xr at 37.5 mg since last Nov. 2006. I want off of them.....but because I have been physically sick for about a year the doctor does not want me to stop them. any suggestions?? thank you...Magicdancer
