hand swelling on day 9 of naprosyn

After day 9 of the prescribed 10 days of Naprosyn, I had rapid hand swelling when my arms lowered which quickly ceased when my arms were raised; only to repeat itself when arms lowered. The med was discontinued and prednisone was started. I now have "crepitus" sounds in my elbow. This is new. Never have I had this before. It has now been present for 6 months. I am 41 yars old. Ortho doc says it is inflammation but doesn't know how specifically its related....but to me I definitely feel the Naprosyn reaction, the swelling of my hands, was the cause. What do you think?
