head in a vice

I take 300 mg of Effexor XR daily in the morning and 3 hours later get a tightening in my jaw and neck which leads to my head feeling tight like it is in a vice and someone is making it tighter as the day goes on. About 6 -10 hours later it feels like a buzzing in my head but not the sound just the feeling, like a mild vibration. Does anyone else feel this? head case in Seattle

I'm suffering from the same thing. It's been going for a month now. I've been to the doctor and got drugs, but they didn't help. I'm going to change to all NO SCENTED things in my household cleaning, laundry, and NO perfume, candles, and air fresheners. Try it for month, I hope this helps us both!!!
