Headring voices

My son is 9 years old and has been Adderall XR for 3 weeks and he is telling me that he is hearing voices and the voices are saying that they are going to hurt someone.. He also has gotten real aggressive with his siblings ... Can you help me please!!! I am very concerned!!!!!
