Healing after 9 month prednisone therapy

Iv been on Prednisone for 9 months now and iv unfortunately suffered numerous side effects the worst being extensive stretch marks all over my body, sensitive teeth, acne, and a horrible moon face. Now that im off prednisone how long will it take to regain myself once again, basically loose all my side effects and for lack of better word "be normal"?
