HELP ME!!! I DONT KNOW WHAY TODO

I accidentally started my new pack today instead of tomorrow, what should I do? Do I just keep taking them and be a day off or skip tomorrow? I also have an extra pack so I could just start over tomorrow I have never messed up my pills before I have been on them for a year so I am very unsure what to do please help!!

Relax, you're fine. Just keep taking them. It's only one day and you didn't miss anything you just started early. It's not a big deal... relax, stay on schedule now and don't skip.
