high blood pressure/paxil

I have been taking 20mg Paxil for two months and my blood pressure readings are increasing. The Paxil was prescribed by my ob/gyn specialist to treat nerve pain. Does Paxil cause high blood pressure?

I'm not a professional but I have read that it does. My blood pressure was kind of low when I started it (80/60) I have been on it for 2 weeks and just had it checked last night and it was 108/60.
