High cholesterol and Imitrex

I recently had a blood test for cholesterol. While I did fast, the fasting resulted in a migraine. Before the blood test my doctor gave me an Imitrex. My question is: Could the Imitrex have caused my Total Cholesterol to read higher than what it actually is?
