How fast will I feel the effects

I started taking Levoxyl 2 days today and I had a BM on both days normally it takes a week for me to go to the bathroom ... Can it work that fast on constipation??? Is Synthroid the same as Levoxyl in terms of what it will do to help hypothyroidisim.. Thanks You C. ******
