how long begore sympoms gone?

I frequntly see people asking the same question of when tthe side effects will go away after stopping Prednisone, such as weight gain, moon face etc

I have taken zocor for over 15 years. Have quit taking the drug for 9 months. my problem concerns extreme weakness in my hip / saddle area and knee/leg pain. My qustion: can i expect any future improvement. frankly, i am very afraid of this situation. Thank you!!! Melvin
