How long do the headaches last?
My daughter had her first gardasil shot on the 23rd and since has had severe headaches, stomach pain, body aches and so forth. The body aches and stomach pain have since went away but this headache will not. I have read many on here that have experienced the same things. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long this is going to last? I will not allow her to have the 2nd shot as the first has really put a toll on her. I think that 5 days is a very long time to ask a 13 year old to suffer with migraines.
I have read that all of this is being caused because of aluminum poisoning to the body and she needs to allow it to run its cycle and the body to detoxic itself. Just if anyone can fill me in on this I would really really appreciate it as I am driving myself clinically insane trying to find something to ease her pain. The docs tell me it is a simple migraine and that it has to eventually go away.. BUT WHEN is my question????

I'm glad that her other symptoms have gone away! How is the headache/ has it subsided at all? I can't speak for all the girls, but my daughter gets headaches all the time and un fortunately I think the longest lasted over a month. They have started coming now, in what we call, "episodes". It's been going on for ten months now, and the headaches and other symptoms sometimes last a day and sometimes a week to it seems indefinitely. We have tried everything to help with the pain and nothing really helps. there is a group of us on yahoo where we share treatments and just support each other.You might want to check us out!
