how long for the side effects to go away?

I took bactrim from last Tuesday till sun, twice a day. I started to get sick on Friday but I thought I was just getting the flu. I stopped it mon after I got a rash and itching. The side effects I have had are: swollen, face, lips, tongue headache itching rash fatigue loss of appetite body aches still neck white tongue tight chest. stiff neck random pains PLEASE TELL ME HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR IT TO GO AWAY?
