How long until I feel NORMAL again?

I only took 3-4 Bactrim pills. (Generic Brand) I began feeling badly by the 2nd pill, but didn't connect the two things until the 3rd or 4th. Some symptoms are gone, others are persisting. The pain in my lower right side and across my lower back is sticking around and today feels worse yet. My Dr. said I can come in for a check up in a few days, but there are no openings earlier than that. I called back to insist they see me, and was told by the nurse that I should dial 911 if I think I'm having an emergency. NICE! I called another Dr.'s office only to get the same response. They can fit me into the schedule in a few days. OKAY PEOPLE...I feel like crap NOW. I don't know if there's anything I should be doing, or that can be done, but I rarely ever get sick, or feel badly, and this has dragged on for days and days. I haven't taken a pill in about 4 days now, yet I still have symptoms. The back pain is really sore, dry mouth is bad, and neck tightness...as well as the lower front stomach pain. How long approximately can it take for this poison to get out of your system and is there anything I can do to hurry it along? Thanks~
