How much opiate stuff in PROPO-N/APAP100-650(generic Darvocet-N 100)

Is Darvocet n. 100 /APAP 100-650------a chemical breakdown=100mg of the opiode type substance and 550 acetominophen? My partner was prescribed this for shoulder pain pre-surgery and it only helped for 1-2 days. Can he take more than one tablet at night?
