How much to remove Mirena?

After all the side effects I have had from this thing I want it removed. However my insurance company will not pay to have it removed. Can anyone tell me how expensive it is to have removed? Also my stings are up inside of my cervex so I'm not even sure how the doctor will get a hold of them to get it out. I have a softball size "pocket of fluid" thats what the Dr called it, surrounding the mirena as well. The Dr does not know what this fluid is (i've posted about this before so i'll just get on with it lol) and i'm sure that will make removal hard to do as well. I have an appt with the Dr on the 26th. I'll let you all know what happens then.
