How to cope with Adderall withdrawal effects?

I've been taking AD RX recretionally for 2 weeks - 30mg XR. Then I decided to stop and I've been experiencing horrible headaches, stiff neck, weakness, dizziness, light headed, etc. I can't hardly talk at the end of the day. Is this normal? Is there anything that will make me feel better? Some md website said that you need to stop gradually and I wonder if I should go back on and then gradually stop.
