i am an idiot

About a year ago my doctor recommended this stuff because of my liver scores with Lipitor. well....the v.a. pharmacy mailed this stuff to me and I refused to utilize what seemed to be a cheap work around for my problem. I might add here that I do not have a gallbladder. too, sans any meds I have noticed that my stools have gotten more watery over the years since the removal of my gallbladder. Where should I go from here? confess to my doc that I have been throwing away these meds from th v.a. pharmacy for the last year?
