I am wondering what to do?

I am on Plavix synthroid low low on top of a few other. I have thick blood being tested for Lupus these side effects scare.My legs have been cramping and it is getting worse I am tired all the time I have to take a sleeping pill or I will only get 3 to 4 hrs sleep maybe.I can't walk up a flight of steps without stopping to try and relive the pain. I am a flight attendant and I thought it might have been the pressure of the plane but it continued while I was off. In your opinion would you stop taking it if you were on it and had the same side effects
