I have questions on the side effects of adderall...

Has anyone noticed slight trembling when first starting adderall or starting it again after being off it for awhile??? Did it go away as your body adjusted??? What about possible side effects made worse by lack of sleep, not eating much because of hardly any appetite??? But any side effect and/or crappy feeling went away when you made sure to eat right and get enough sleep?? Also, anyone notice cold hands and feet and a low body temperature like around 96-97 degrees??? Is that normal??
