I want to get off YAZ, but I am unsure if it's okay to stop immediately...

In the past I questioned whether YAZ was the cause of ALL the problems I was experiencing. ie. Horrible mood swings, migraines, cramps, weight gain, fatigue...etc. I have stopped taking it several times in the past because I thought it could be the culprit. Unfortunately, I had horrible side-effects from this as well. I started breaking out and would be oily every day! I never have had problem skin but since taking YAZ my skin has gotten bad. Well, when I got off of YAZ my face was horrible and I would have to wash my hair all the time. It was horrible and not typical for me. All of this freaked me out and I just began taking YAZ again. I admit this was irresponsible of me and should have consulted a physician. After finding this site, I am defiantly getting off of it again, but I am curious if there is a way to ween yourself off so that the nasty "oily-ness" doesn't come back! Any advice?

Heatherarnold1, As far as I know, there is no way to avoid the oily skin. The same thing happened to me. It seems to be an indication of hormone imbalance. You should browse around at http://www.createforum.com/yasminsideeffec/viewforum.php?f=1&mforum=yasminsideeffec for more info.
