If i dont use it will i lose it?

It's true what they say about Yasmin making your breasts bigger i went from a 10C to a 12D! but because of all the BAD side affects that im getting i'm thinking of stopping... so i was wondering if i do stop using Yasmin... will i lose these fantastic breasts?!
