Irritated urinary tract and rash...

I'm a 32 year-old male and have been taking Zantac for acid reflux. Not positive if it's related...but when I started taking Zantac, I noticed increased irritation in my urinary tract, like I had an infection and then a small rash on my penis. I stopped the medication and both these things went away. I've recently started again, and they've reappeared. Just wondering if there's any precedent for this. I was tested for STDs and it came back negative.
