is this safe?

i have been taking adderall xr 30 mg for 5 years now. i take it everyday. i have back problems and headaches and arthritis so i also take pain meds..(norco/dilaudid) is this safe. my doctor obviously thinks it is bc he knows the meds im on and he prescribed but i was just wanting to get a second opinion.....also ami gonna get any longterm effects from being on this so long. i do have to get at least 10 hours of sleep each night to feel ok the next day. i use to be able to function on 6-7 hrs....is that a side effect?
