Is Yaz ok?

Maggie: It has been the experience of many women that Yasmin and Yaz (made by the same company and quite similar) have caused many, many problems. Yasmin caused many problematic side effects for me, and I know of women who experienced the same on Yaz. Although your gynecologist reassured you, please remember that doctors are not gods, and you should trust your own body. If you would like to talk to other women who have been on Yaz, I suggest visiting the "Yasmin Survivors Forum" (type it into your search engine) and read some of the posts there, or the "Aphrodite" Women's Health Forum under "Contraception".
