Joint/Muscle ache
I never tied Lantus to my increased muscle/joint aches until recently...thought arthritis was just acting up. Is it possible the Lantus is causing this all-over pain?
Lantus can cause muscle weakness and tremor, but as far as I know...no muscle or joint aches. You should not be doing a cold injection. Only inject insulin at room temperature. An opened bottle of insulin is good at room temperature for 28 days. Make sure you rotate your injection sites as that may cause some localized pain.
