Keflex: When Will Side Effects Stop?

I was prescibed Keflex following spinal fusion surgery and noticed immediate reactions. These inlcuded: ringing in ears, hot and cold flashes, loss of taste and smell, and terrible metallic taste in mouth. How long do these side effects last?
