Lisinopril-HCTZ

I have been taking this 1o -12.5 mg for approx. 3 weeks and I have a case of the hives (or what we think to be hives) or rash in various spots on my upper body...neck, shoulders, lower back. Has anyone ever had a reaction like this?

My doctor just prescribed this medicine for me, and I'm afraid to take it after reading all the side effects. Is there any good news about lisinopril-hctz??
