Loestrin concerns with other symptoms..

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has these symptoms or knows what could possibly be wrong with me? I've been taking Loestrin 24 Fe now for almost 2 months, this is my first time on birth control (I got on the pill in order to reduce my severe cramps which i experienced only had on the first day of my period)and i've been experiencing some weird symptoms...recently I've been peeing more than ever, its constant and urgent. Since being on the pill I've also been spotting continuously for about 4 weeks nonstop, some days are worse than others. I always feel tired even after a long nights rest and my stomach generally hurts after I eat. It sometimes becomes bloated and makes me feel like I want to throw up. Do you think this will change after taking the pill for a couple months? Granted I am a freshmen in college and could stress be playing a role also?
