Loosing too Much weight!!!

I have been taking topamax for about one year now and have lost almost 30 pounds, I am only 4'10 REALLY small framed,weigh about 90 pounds I feel like I cant stop loosing weight, I am on 100 mg daily and no matter how much I eat I'll end up loosing a pound! Im getting too skinny and was thinking about weening myself off! Or even maybe to a lower dose. I suffer from migraines so I don't know if they would come back if I did that? HELP!
